Top-Cast is a top surface retarder designed for exposed aggregate concrete applications. Top-Cast’s water-based, film-forming formulation employs a surface-protective polymer that eliminates the need to cover the concrete surface with plastic during the curing process.

Top-Cast is available in a range of formulations to control the depth of etch.
