B.E.P. Forming Systems
Fabricated aluminum form design creates look of old-world stone.

B.E.P. Forming Systems, a leader in big panel forms and accessories, has introduced a new fabricated aluminum form design that gives the look of old-world stone at a fraction of the cost. The new Georgian Stone Panels are fabricated on an aluminum, removable and reusable Big Panel that completely eliminates the expensive and repetitive cost of form liners. The new panels, available in any length and height, utilize a reusable taper tie system, requiring no extra parts or special attachments. Once stripped, the “stone” surface is immediately ready for any paint, coating or treatment, and properly maintained, the new forms can be used for a thousand pours or more.

B.E.P.’s other new product for 2004 is the POWER taper tie system, a strong, semi-automatic, self-spacing, reusable taper tie system that is attached to any B.E.P. form. It installs safely and easily on one side of the form and has no loose parts, increasing job efficiency and eliminating the need for laborers to work in dangerous trenches.

The POWER taper tie is extremely strong, achieving a 40,000 lb. safe working load (SWL) rating. It is available in nominal and full-width dimensions.

For more information call (866) 237-3676 or visit the B.E.P. Forming Systems Web site.
