International Association of Concrete Drillers and Sawers

CDSA director elected to international post
The International Association of Concrete Drillers and Sawers (IACDS) elected Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association (CSDA) executive director Patrick O'Brien as president at its 2005 annual meeting in Zurich, Switzerland. Jan Lemos of Sweden and Norikazu Shibuya of Japan were elected vice presidents.

While at the meeting, O'Brien presented a proposal to have IACDS adopt the CSDA Blade Application Code for Diamond Saw Blades CSDA-BC-107. This project was favorably received and will be reviewed pending final endorsement.
