Creative Concrete of Ravenna, Ohio, was the overall winner, with the Northern Ohio Administrative District Council Regional Training Center of Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers coming in second and Cutting Edge Construction of Richfield, Ohio, taking third place.

Judges included Cindy Grahl of Builders Exchange Magazine, Ryan Grass and Melina Kaczor, architects, and Aimee Pergalsky of the Northern Ohio Concrete Promotion Council.
