The coating uses the same basic technology as Versatile’s 100-percent solid PolyUrea 5000, but Versatile has lowered the viscosity, increased the open time, increased the chemical resistance and shortened the cure time. Its lower viscosity makes it comparable to a CRU. At the same time, 5073 still boasts the gloss of the 5000 Series. The cross-linking of the film in the cure makes it exceptionally tough and durable, allowing it to maintain its gloss far longer than comparable systems.
