Plastiform

Plastiform from
The Plastiform Co.

Based in Seattle, The Plastiform Co. is distributing concrete flatwork forms called Plastiform that have some differences from Green Plastics’ PlastiForm. The Seattle forms boast newly designed clamps, as well as connector rods for strong end-to-end connections.

The board slot and base of the clamp have been reshaped to make a slide clamp that is easier to install under a stake and takes more pressure. The new slot shape has a compression ridge that is spring-loaded during clamping for tighter clamping of the form to the stake. The 7-inch round-pipe connector rods are tapered on each end with a stop in the middle.

PlastiformThese lightweight plastic forms for concrete flatwork are quick to set up, easy to clean and can be used hundreds of times. They are available in 16-foot and 12-foot lengths with face heights of 6 inches, 4 inches or 3.5 inches. The 16-foot forms can bend as tight as a 2.5-foot radius, and they can be stacked. The form is quick to create smooth curves, as the clamps allow precise adjustment of the form elevation. Accessory parts include wood end-connectors to transition to wood for filling in the last few feet and all-angle corner pieces that can be used for inside or outside corners. The clamps can be installed anywhere to secure the forms to stakes.
