New ACI publications

The American Concrete Institute has released four new publications and three CD-ROMs, including the Manual of Concrete Inspection (SP-2 (07)).

The Manual, now in its 10th edition, is a comprehensive reference manual for concrete inspectors, engineers, designers, technicians and others engaged in concrete construction and testing.

The ACI has also released a specification for pervious concrete (522.1-08), acceptance criteria for unbonded post-tensioned precast walls (ITG-5.1-07) and a collection of papers in the field of concrete materials research (SP-249). In addition, two CD-ROMs on textile-reinforced concrete (SP-250/251CD) and one on health-monitoring systems (SP-252CD) are now available from the ACI bookstore.
