Propex appoints interim president and CEO

The Propex Inc. board of directors has appointed Woody McGee as the interim president and CEO, following Joseph F. Dana’s retirement after more than 20 years as CEO.

McGee has extensive experience in executive management and the restructuring of companies in a wide variety of industries domestically and internationally.

Propex filed for Chapter 11 in January of this year, and will provide updates regarding ongoing operations plans on its Web site.
