The HTC Ravager grinding tool has a high stock removal capacity and is available in 11-inch, 9-inch, 7-inch and 6-inch sizes that fit HTC grinding machines and hand grinders. The HTC Ravager is capable of exposing large aggregates in as little as one pass. It can remove rigid or brittle coatings and can even grind through 3/8-inch thick overlays with ease.
These tools can also be used to repair a failing cap on concrete or a slab that has been exposed to rain. HTC Ravager tools can achieve a standard surface preparation profile equivalent to International Concrete Repair Institute’s Concrete Surface Profile standard of 6-7 using an HTC grinder. HTC Ravager grinders leave a bush-hammered profile, which is ideal for high-traction exterior surfaces. Each disc has three parts — plate, holder and wheel — making rebuilds easier and less costly.
