Seal-Once offers toxin-free waterproofing

Seal-Once from New Image Coatings incorporates a breakthrough micro surface particle formula that penetrates deep beneath surfaces creating a non-film forming finish without altering color or appearance. It is non-toxic and contains zero VOC’s. Seal-Once will not harm, plants, pets or livestock and will not damage glass, plastic, metal or rubber coatings. It is proven to resist salt, chlorides, freeze thaw damage, mold and mildew stains.

Seal-Once is a high performing toxin free water base sealer without and linkage to solvent borne legacy products that exceeds current and future requirements. Seal-Once applies and performs like traditional water sealers so contractors feel comfortable using it.

Seal-Once can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces indoors or out and applied over fresh and salt water by using a Marine formula without harm to fish. Seal-Once provides UV stability and abrasion resistance. Seal-Once can be applied to green concrete and can be painted or stained a few hours after application.

Seal-Once forms a blend of polymers designed to move with substrates expansion/contraction cycles. This prevents flaking and peeling while extending the effective life of the interior polymer. The product’s working life is estimated to be six years on horizontal surfaces and up to 10 years on vertical surfaces. Seal-once is Green Spec Listed and contributes to LEED credit 4.2.

Seal-Once will not absorb water and it is breathable allowing trapped moisture to escape. No safety precautions are required during application. Seal-Once has an indefinite shelf life and can be applied on damp surfaces and at 35 F. Application is easy with a garden sprayer, a brush, an air assisted and/or airless sprayer. Approximate coverage is 200-300 square feet per gallon with one coat. A minimum of two coats is required. It also cleans up easily with soap and water.
