Sherwin-Williams unveils Loxon Conditioner

Sherwin-Williams Loxon Conditioner is a patented acrylic formula that offers exceptional resistance to alkali, enhanced efflorescence resistance, great adhesion and fast cure time.

“Our improved Loxon Conditioner is an outstanding penetrating masonry sealer and conditioner. It is ideal for new or existing masonry and assures topcoat adhesion,” said Karl Schmitt, vice president, marketing, Sherwin-Williams.

Loxon Conditioner, with high pH resistance, will bond light chalk and dusting concrete and is especially useful where the existing topcoat has deteriorated over time, or as a sealer for new construction. Available in a clear or white, the pigmented version is helpful for seeing where the product has been applied on bare masonry. Its fast cure time allows new concrete, stucco and other vertical masonry surfaces to be coated with a seven-day cure, which can boost workers’ productivity. In addition, with a temperature tolerance as low as 40 degrees, Loxon Conditioner is a solution in harsh weather conditions.
