The American Shotcrete Association has appointed Chris J. Darnell as its new executive director. Darnell has extensive experience in the concrete industry, including serving 20 years at the American Concrete Institute as manager of certification operations, and most recently, manager of process improvement. During this time, Darnell worked closely with ASA, having helped develop the launch of ACI’s Shotcrete Nozzleman Certification program.
