Prosoco has recently hired two new regional sales managers, Scott Sellers for the Great Lakes region and Zak Wilske for the South. From his home base in Racine, Wisconsin, Sellers will serve customers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and eastern Missouri. T.B. Penick & Sons Inc. has named Scott Carter as general manager of its new satellite office in the Bay Area of California. Carter is a 22-year veteran of the concrete contracting industry, and he will focus primarily on developing business for the company’s Innovative Concrete Systems division, which specializes in architectural site concrete design and applications.
