The Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association will hold its 45th Annual Convention and Tech Fair in the Caribbean, March 14-18, at the Gran Meliá Golf Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Registration is now open. As part of the activities planned for the convention, keynote speaker Nathan Schwagler will introduce his audience to a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving process. Participants will build their own 3-D model in response to the facilitator’s questions using specially selected elements, which will serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing and decision making. The keynote presentation will be followed by two highly focused workshops that will go further in depth with the concept — Lego Serious Play and Creative Thinking in Sales — using the visual, auditory and kinesthetic skills of participants to effectively apply the method in their business environment. ?
