MBW, Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Christy Matuszewki as the Engineer Manager. Christy comes to MBW with 20 plus years of engineering and management experience. Christy holds a BS from Marquette University as well as BA in Mathematics and Business & Management and an MBA from Alverno College.

In her role prior to joining MBW, Inc. Christy managed metrology labs, developed and implemented Continuous Improvement methodologies, Lean processes, and program validation strategies for development and qualification of new products. Her extensive background in new product design, product development, cost reduction and program management will strengthen MBW’s engineering and R&D.
