PCA Praises President Trump’s Call for Infrastructure Investment

President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address included a push for both political parties to come together to invest in America’s infrastructure. In response, Portland Cement Association (PCA) President and CEO Michael Ireland issued the following statement:

“The Portland Cement Association applauds President Trump for emphasizing the political imperative of addressing America’s long-neglected infrastructure needs in his State of the Union address. America’s cement manufacturers are ready and willing to work with Congress and the Trump Administration to find a legislative solution that shores up our transportation and waterways in a fiscally responsible manner.”
