Life Deck Coating Installations is pleased to announce the hiring of Skip Motsenbocker as General Manager. In his new role, Motsenbocker will oversee sales and operations for the organization.
Motsenbocker brings more than 20 years of operational management, sales and product development experience to the firm. For over a decade, Motsenbocker spearheaded global brand development for Lift Off Inc., a San Diego-based eco-friendly cleaning products firm. He proved himself as a strategic planner, successfully gauging the changing dynamics of local, regional and national channels of distribution, and negotiated partnerships with companies such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, and hardware and paint co-ops including Ace Hardware, TruValue and Do-It Best. Motsenbocker also worked on product development and marketing strategies for a variety of other nationally recognized consumer products firms. Most recently, he served as managing partner of SignalPoint Asset Management, a money management firm in Springfield, Mo. where he directed retail and institutional growth for the firm’s proprietary investment products.
Motsenbocker graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration.
