Paving Tool Kit

The joint Paving Committee of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), St. Louis, Mo. and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, Silver Spring, Md. has assembled a Paving Tool Kit, a library of resources for concrete paving contractors and designers.
