Cemstone Names Jacob Gave, P.E. Business Development Manager

Cemstone, an Upper Midwest leader in ready-mixed, engineered and architectural concrete, as well as aggregates, announced that Jacob Gave P.E., has rejoined the company as our Business Development Manager. Jacob will be pursuing strategic opportunities in Cemstone’s Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa markets. In Jacob’s new role, his focus will be on cultivating partnerships with owners, designers, contractors, and municipalities while establishing Cemstone as the leader in supplying construction material related products. Jacob will be concentrated on long term value, development, and design where he will be focusing on:

  • Concrete Pavement
  • Concrete Structures/Insulated Concrete Form Construction
  • Extended Joint Spacing
  • Decorative Concrete
  • High Performance Concrete, including Self-Consolidating and Ultra High Early Performance Specifications

Jacob has been working in the Upper Midwest construction industry for over 10 years. He began his career as a Design Engineer for Washington County in Stillwater, Minnesota, in 2007. In 2013, he joined Cemstone as a Civil Engineered Sales Representative. A family relocation to Rochester, Minnesota, brought Jacob to WSB & Associates, Inc. where he served as the company’s Construction Services Manager in the Rochester branch office in 2017.
