Lim was previously a technical sales representative for Tri-iso Inc. of Claremont, Calif.. Before that she was a project leader for Irvine, Calif.-based Deft Inc. While there, she received a prestigious R&D 100 Award from R&D Magazine for developing a series of extended-life polyurethane coatings for the United States military that were based on novel fluoropolymer chemistry. ?
