Verti-Crete has introduced a new mold for precasting fire rings with stone patterns. The mold produces a texture with no tie rods or blemishes, creating a realistic stone surface. The form is made of steel with a flat base and a steel cylinder.
A polyurethane liner fits inside the cylinder to create the texture of real stone. The inside of the fire ring uses a consumable corrugated steel insert to help protect the concrete from the heat of the fire.
