Outstanding Pool & Recreational Project: Soundview YMCA in Bradford, Conn. Shotcrete Contractor: Drakeley Industries LLC. General Contractor: ORL Construction.
Outstanding Repair & Rehabilitation Project: Concrete Arch Bridge No. 6.45 over 31st Street in Queens, N.Y. Shotcrete contractor: East Coast Shotcrete, a division of East Coast Gunite LLC. General contractor: ECI Building Corp.
Outstanding Underground Project: Liberty Tunnels Phase 2 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Shotcrete contractor and general contractor: Mosites Construction Co.
