Sam The Concrete Man (STCM), the largest direct to consumer residential concrete company in the United States, announced today that Robert Tunmire has joined the company as strategic advisor and co-chairman of the board, effective immediately. Tunmire has with more than 44 years of franchise development and service-based franchise industry experience. He will lend his experience to the executive team focused on strategic growth initiatives.
Tunmire spent the past 35 years in executive leadership roles for Neighborly (formerly The Dwyer Group), an international operator of service-based residential and commercial franchise concepts. Throughout his tenure, he served as executive vice president, president and CEO of Neighborly/The Dwyer Group. He was also President of Neighborly company Mr. Rooter Corporation and Glass Doctor.
In his role with STCM, Tunmire will serve as strategic advisor. His primary focus will be on strategic growth and improving operational efficiencies.
