Ardex K 301 is a portland cementbased product for fast-track resurfacing and smoothing of concrete. The product is an ideal concrete wear surface or underlayment for commercial, light industrial and residential applications such as sidewalks, loading docks, parking garages, driveways, plazas, balconies and many other applications. It is freeze-thaw resistant, sets quickly, and can be walked on in just two to three hours.
