Halco Lighting Technologies recently expanded their line of LED HID Retrofit Lamps. The company has added three mogul base (E39) lamps. The new mogul base lamps join the current HID retrofit product line of E26 base lamps. These lamps feature 20 watt, 36 watt, 45 watt, and 54 watt versions.
“The addition of the mogul based versions of our high performance HID Retrofit family of LED lamps provides even greater application versatility,” said Rob Freitag. Freitage is the director of product development and marketing. “And we have committed ourselves to continuing to expand this family of lamps to help our customers with high quality lighting solutions.”
The three mogul base lamps are available in 36 watt, 45 watt, and 54 watt versions. Additionally, they are are all DLC qualified. The LED Retrofit Lamps can replace up to 200 watt HID lamps. They can also provide energy and maintenance savings of more than 75 percent compared to HID systems.
Like the other HID Retrofit lamps in the family, the mogul base lamps have a color temperature of 5000K with a CRI of 82. The lamp has a UL listing and also has a 50,000 hour rated life. This easy to install LED lamp is a great solution for post top and high bay fixtures where sockets are in a base up or base down orientation.
The new Halco HID Retrofit Series mogul base lamps are a great addition to the HID Retrofit LED lamp family. These lamps are good for those luminaires that need a quality and long-lasting solution.
